SWEDISH MASSAGE

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

HOT STONE THERAPY

60 minutes: $120

Our Signature Hot Stone Therapy is a personalized style of massage where multiple heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress. In addition, a full body hands-on Swedish massage will be incorporated. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

FOOT MASSAGE & SCRUB (optional)

30 minutes: $55

Sometimes, just a good foot massage will do the trick to relieve tension throughout the entire body. Session can include an additional aromatic foot scrub at no extra cost. Enjoy for the 30 min or incorporate it into a 60 min full body massage

Aromatic micro beads lightly but effectively exfoliate dead skins cells while leaving your back smooth and moisturized. By itself for 30 min or incorporate it into your 60 min. full or partial body massage session!
