After over 20 years of massage therapy experience & professionalism, I have come to realize that most clients do not go for gimmicks, sales, bells & whistles, etc., to find just the right massage therapist. In the end, it comes to the therapist's reputation, experience, technique, professionalism and, lets say it, many times cost.

My name is Paula Dufault, owner of Back to Basics, LLC. I am a licensed massage therapist with an associates in Business Administration. I absolutely love what we do here & treat every client as tough they are our only one. Here, at Back to Basics, you  will receive superior, effective good ol' traditional massage therapy with, or without, the frills of hot towels, hot stones, aromatherapy, etc. The menu of services is simple and explanatory, but if you need more information, we are very happy to take a call from you or respond to you in a n email. You will receive a response within 12hours (during non-vacation hours).

You've probably noticed that our hours are very limited to Mon-Fri 9:30 to 12:30. We cater to professionals with flexible schedules, stay at home parents, retirees, 2nd & 3rd shift, etc.
